Dr. Warrick Su obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, National Chung Hsing University in 2008. His expertise lies in chemical formulation control, systematic product design, and market-oriented product development. During his tenure in previous positions, he competed with products from major overseas manufacturers, earning recognition from European third-party certification bodies. His products outperformed top brands, demonstrating design efficiency that few in Taiwan could rival against European and American manufacturers. After gaining experience in research and development, production, and quality assurance, he transitioned to market development and sales, achieving a team performance with an annual growth rate of 200%.

  While maintaining core technological consistency, he joined HONG CHIA AGRIMATERIAL CO., LTD. and contributed to the company's journey from inception to stability, including research and development, factory establishment, product sales, and performance improvement. After achieving relative stability within the company in 2024, he handed over the responsibility of further expanding the existing product portfolio to the current chairman.
